Subbing and Master Class

Hi Fitness enthusiasts and alike...

I am subbing Linda's class on 41st street between 7th and 8th ave (NYSC) on wednesdays at 6:30pm ; August 29th and September 5th. I hope to see you there. For those of you that would like to take the class the program will follow my wednesday schedule (same noon and evening class).

Thursday August 30th at Mercer street 12:15pm I will do a Master class. I have fellow Master Instructors Chus from Spain and Adrienne from Jamaica ( living in NY!) joining me. Come take the class , it will be lots of fun.

I have a few Heart rate Monitors for sale this month until sold out...A1 ONLY $30, F1 $40 both retail for $70-$80.A5 at $60(normal $110) and I also have the F11 for $125 (retails at $180+tax) Many new colors and features. Go to my store on teh website to see them.

I am also handing out the RPE cards to all of you taking my class this and next week as a thank you for your great efforts this summer. All I want you to do is bring water and you Heart rate monitor to class to make my teaching a little bit easier.
