New Bikes

We got new bikes at Mercer street Gym. NXT Star Trac Bikes, Top of the line. Please help keep them clean and for the straps , only buckle them on the top so they dont brake again. Lets try to work together on this one. February schedule is coming up in a few day with new music lists. If you have any questions I am here. Stay hydrated (2 water bottle holders on the handlebar). If you are looking for cycling shoes I like this website: www.nashbar.com you must buy SPD cleat compatible shoes and SPD cleats separately either on the site or in a cycling store. If you buy in a store they will help you put them on even if your shoes where bought in a different location. I also have a few rollers left for stretching at $10 or $20 dollars(see store).
