Spring is slowly approaching and with that in mind a lot of you will be getting ready for the road. If you need cycling shoes go to www.nashbar.com great place at reasonable price. Dont forget to buy cleats if your shoes dont include them. You need SPD cleats for the indoor bike so I recommend a bike that has SPD compatible cleat system for outdoor riding as well. Ask the bike store (if you buy cleats from them) to install them it can be a little tricky if not.
